1. What do I need to do before you come to my home?

We want our service to run as smoothly as possible. In order to achieve this, we ask from all of our clients to:

-Provide us with the security code to get in your home and of any gates (if applicable).

-Secure your pets and make sure they are in a comfortable space before the maids arrive at your home.

-Pick up important documents, bills and other documents.

-Pickup any household items that may be lying around your home.

-Put out clean sheets on each bed, if you would like for the maids to change your linens.

2. What we do not do? 

Our maids do not do laundry and wash dishes. However, if that is your wish we can do for an extra cost. Please specify this when you make your appointment.

3. Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies and/or equipment?

You do not need to provide your own cleaning supplies and/or equipment. Unless you 

would like a specific product to be used in your home, you can leave it on your kitchen 

counter and our maids will use the product around your home and will leave it in the 

same place where you left it.

4. Can I reschedule a service? 

Yes, all you need to do is call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning and we will try 

to accommodate our schedule to your convenience. 

5. What forms of payments are accepted? 

We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, Checks and Cash.

6. Can you use green cleaning products? 

For an extra cost we can use green products around your home. Make sure to specify your request when scheduling an appointment.

7. Why does my initial cleaning cost more than the recurring cleanings? 

In Partners in Clean, LLC we strive to provide the best and customizable cleaning service to all of our customers. During our first visit to your home, our maids will provide your home with a deep cleaning service. A deep cleaning service includes dusting ceiling fans, blinds, and baseboards. Once your home is provided with a deep cleaning service your home will be much cleaner and in our next visit our maids will be able to leave your home sparkling clean at a faster pace.
